Heading the Small Hydro Unit within the company with direct report to the Board (currently a team of 1, expected to be extended until January to 3, further growth)
Project development and management of our Small Hydro Power projects (from the scratch development until commissioning)
Set up and further development of promising pipeline
Liaisoning with project partners, governmental agencies, EPC providers and other stakeholders
Strategy development and identification of new business opportunities
Conducting technical and techno-commercial Due Diligences

Job profile:

At least 15 years professional experience in SHP business in India
At least 2 projects accompanied from project development until commissioning
Master in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), additional skills in Business Administration, Financing more than welcome (additional MBA would be best)
Experienced in permission processes, PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) negotiations with utilities, review of hydrological and geological studies and expertises
Strong negotiation skills
Sound market understanding
