My client is an international EPC contractor who has operations in every continent across the globe. One of the key sectors they operate within is power and energy. Due to continuous growth they now seek a number of Contract Managers to join them in Germany.

Some of your duties will include:

�Contract Administration; client variations, value forecasting,
�Identifying project risk and risk management,
�Claims strategy/ management of claims; negotiation of claims, variations and final accounts,
�Drafting of contracts and contract analysis,
�Preparation of commercial execution plans,
�Bid preparation,
�Implementing commercial procedures,
�Protecting the commercial interests of the company,
�Dealing with commercial and legal issues quickly and effectively.

The requirements

My client seeks an experienced Contract Manager ideally with:

�A Construction or Engineering based degree,
�A number of years occupying a Contract Manager role carrying out the duties above,
�German and English language skills.
�Experience of working as a Contract Manager on major construction projects or oil and gas or project generation projects.
�Previous international experience is important.
�Experience of working on industrial projects in the excess of �200million,
�Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
