The job holder is responsible for:Participate in Logistics Studies for Marine Vessels and Marine Systems expertise. According to results of Logistics Studies, design, engineer and produce tender specifications of Agip KCO Marine Vessels. Study and evaluate specific Marine Vessels and Marine Systems having characteristics of complexity and difficulty. Identify potential Marine Vessels and Marine Systems Design Contractors. Evaluate pre-qualification documentation; audit Contractors assets; recommend inclusion in the Vendor List. Prepare Marine Vessels and Marine Systems technical specifications to be included into tender documentation. Participate in Bid evaluations. Participate in Issuing technical advice. In co-operation with the Logistics Operations, HSE, Project and Offshore Constructions to participate in the preparation and update of the operational guidelines/procedures and Marine Operations Manual periodical update. Attend shipyards as required where new builds are taking place and report on contractor progress. To coordinate third party (Contractor) shipyards supervision team, monitoring relevant activity on site. To prepare relevant.
