• Knowledge of the principles and practices of Business Planning • Knowledge and experience in Financial Accounting, Budgeting & Financial Reporting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications and presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to synthesize and collate data for Senior Management • Knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies, decision-making tools, planning tools and data analysis tools • Ability to work under tight deadlines and to produce high quality products on time • Understanding of the confidential nature of work • Exceptional management and able to think strategically and laterally
