A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a market leading oil & gas organisation for an experienced UK Compensation & Benefits Manager which can based in Aberdeen or London. As the UK Compensation & Benefits Manager you will be responsible for the implementation of global compensation and benefits strategies within the UK and managing the communication of such across the UK business. Duties will include: • Managing the annual salary budget process • Analysis of current salary structures in comparison to market rates and participation in salary and benefits surveys • Development and recommendation of new benefit programmes or enhancement to existing programmes and ensure consistency throughout the UK • Project management and implementation of compensation & benefits as part of Global programmes • Providing technical knowledge of regulations governing benefits and pensions administration • Ensure compliance of all benefits administration in line with UK legislation • Vendor management and managing of relationships with third party administrators/consultants/benefit providers • Budget management • Managing and supervising a team The successful candidate will have an extensive background in Compensation & Benefits and will have experience of managing and developing a team. You will be CIPD qualified or equivalent and be able to demonstrate a broad understanding and experience in general HR.
