My client is a global operator with over 80 years experience and with operation in Algeria, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Egypt, Panama, Peru and Portugal. After a very successful year with a number of major discoveries my client are looking to expand and as such are looking for a Senior Geophysicist to take a lead role in either their exploration team or development team. In this role you will be responsible for, among other things - Seismic interpretation od 2D or 3D data as well as the integration of all information to come to develop a strong picture of the subsurface. - Prospect evaluation and managing license rounds - Act as a mentor in the develoment of junior staff It you are successful in your application you can expect to receive - A very competetive package - Great career progression into exploration manager or even senior technical roles. - My client have a strong global portfolio and can offer a range of overseas opportunities. - Exciting technical work Interested?? For this role you will need to - Have over 10 years experience from an internationally recognised operator with proven ability and experience to evaluate opportunities technically and commercially. - Hands on experience in Seismic interpretation, depth conversion, attribut analysis as well as good knowledge of Seismic acquisition and procession. - Strong communication in English and also Spanish is bonus.
