Company Profile
1. Serve as direct liaison between the company's Ship Yard Project Management Team.
2. Manage and oversee assigned projects.
3. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to insure that meet estimates and
schedules.
4. Coordinate with maintenance repair projects according to given time frames establishing schedules and
priorities.
5. Inform the company's Ship Yard Project Management Team and company's Head Office of any changes or
discrepancies as soon as they occurred to ensure changes will not affect the maintenance projects.
6. Coordinate with Purchasing agents to ensure material is available to complete the project on time.
7. Ensure completion of projects according to estimates, and schedules.
8. Enforces safety, quality, and make sure that working areas are kept clean and organize on all projects.
9. Review ongoing projects to insure completeness and accuracy.
10. Monitors compliance to contract between or agreement requirements GDI and Ship Yard or Repair
W/Shops ensuring all conditions are satisfied.
11. Review completed work assignments to insure compliance with project requirements and standards.

Required Skills/Experience:
The candidate would be hired for 3 months contract
Must have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate staff to achieve goals.
b. Must be a 8 to 10 years experience in Offshore Rigs with the ability to think
independently and use good judgment in resolving ship repair issues .
c. Must be able to function effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
d. Must possess a positive attitude and is a team player.
e. Must have a willingness to learn new skills and grow with the company.
