Purpose: • To assist with and support the implementation of the Information Management strategy through: • structured analysis and review of project business requirements, with a focus on improving IM processes throughout the Kashagan Project. • production of formal recommendations for remedial actions. • implementation of improvement plans Accountabilities and Responsibilities: The job holder is responsible for: • Contribute to the delivery of IM strategic goals through analysis of contractor, project and IM business activities with respect to information and documentation management. • For business areas identified and targeted for Information Management improvement: o Conduct data gathering exercise around relevant project processes. o Analyse project business functions, tasks and activities from Information Management perspective. o Critically evaluate the gathered data. o Prepare recommendations for action and follow through actions to resolution. • Conduct internal quality reviews of hard copy and electronic project deliverables in accordance with contractual requirements. • Engage with Offshore Project departments to elicit and capture emerging information needs from changing Project phases. • Engage with relevant contractors to analyse and resolve information related problems. • Engage with Information Management team to help align IM activity with project business needs. • Coordinate and facilitate appropriate workshops, training and engagement sessions. • Produce and distribute both detailed and summary level reports for management as required.
