The Company:
A global contractor in the subsea oil and gas industry.

The Role:
• Assist commercial teams at the tendering stage as well as providing ongoing support to operations department once projects have been awarded.
• Assistance with general group tax planning / restructuring.
• Provision of support to the Head of Tax as and when necessary. This will include assisting with other regional tax matters.
• Overseeing some outsourcing of tax compliance and providing guidance to the Regional Finance teams on day to day matters. This may include involvement in VAT, personnel tax etc.
