Integrity Team Lead - Aberdeen, United Kingdom My client is seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Integrity Team Lead for the Production Department. Decision Making Authority & Accountability
• To ensure the management of integrity activities in a safe and efficient manner to support the assets overall goals. • To ensure all aspects of integrity for delivering the right functional solution, safely, first time, on budget and on schedule. Key Responsibilities & Tasks • Own and continually improve the Integrity and Inspection strategies to ensure optimum balance of technical integrity, reliability and cost. These include, pressure systems, corrosion, structures/hull and internal pipeline integrity. • Develop, plan and manage Integrity. Provide Integrity input into design and provide technical advice to Subsurface, Production and Facility operations. • Coordinate all Integrity Management activities eliminating discipline and asset interface issues. Manage integrity to ensure inspection activity is optimized, Production downtime is minimized and class and verification activity is maintained to plan. • Manage anomalies ensuring that projected retrial dates are documented, plans are in place for replacement and ensuring budgeted funds are available as appropriate. • Maintain specific KPIs for measuring integrity performance and trend these to provide clear visibility to the effectiveness of the strategies and their delivery. • Provide discipline specific input into existing and new assets ensuring operational, commercial and contractual requirements are complied with and maintained and updated as appropriate. • Act as focal point for integrity management activities within the planning process. • Participate or lead where necessary in failure investigations. • Ensure the provision of timely, appropriate and accurate support and data to allow work programs to be identified and delivered, that deliver required business results for the relevant asset (production and cost). • Directly responsible for the performance and supervision of the engineers, technicians and contractors in the facilities team. • Responsible for supporting the Technical Manager in ensuring the provision of timely, appropriate and accurate provision of cost estimates, feasibility studies and schedules for accurately forecasting the integrity portion of the annual budget. • Responsible for the technical input to the: o Facility risk registers, issue identification and prioritization o Facility 5 year operational and maintenance plans o Offshore projects • Responsible for ensuring the provision of timely, appropriate and accurate provision of cost estimates, feasibility and schedules allowing the identification of and agreeing the work programs and budgets for following years, and technical adherence to these estimates. • Key interface for all integrity activities with the other groups. • Deliver individual projects and initiatives on behalf of the production group as required. • Or any other tasks as assigned from time to time with the agreement of the line manager Primary Interfaces • Production Department - Operations Group, Engineering Group (including Facilities, Production Chemistry), Verification and Maintenance Groups, Production Service Group. • External - Strategic Contractors The Person
Qualified candidates will be experienced in operating in the North Sea Intergrity environment. In particular, will have already led an integrity function and been instrumental in driving improvement. Will be a team player, of graduate calibre and preferably have membership of an appropriate institute.
