The role of the Research Team Lead (SC) involves using a systematic approach to:
planning, organising, co-ordinating, controlling and leading
management of Financial adviser
collection of research material and data
ensure the research material and data collected is relevant & valid
ensure the research material and data is presented in a suitable format for consideration, discussion & decisions
Coordinate the activities between the various groups in the organization

Responsible for:
Budget control
Identifying milestones
KPI’s and Performance reports – time and cost
Task definitions & responsibility charts
Quality standards – related to research data
Review data
Documentation and control
