Provide expert knowledge on Company oil and gas operations and maintenance disciplines
Act as a interface between the Project Manager and disciplines consultants
Provide expert advice on suggested initiatives with regards to acceptance within Kazakhstan
To research and assist with the development of appropriate Technical Training Packages / Courses (Modules.
To co-ordinate with other discipline Consultant/ report writers.
Provide accurate reports and recommendations as and when required by the Competence Lead or PTS management
Liaise with equipment vendors, and any additional specialist instrumentation suppliers to ensure that the right teaching materials that support the knowledge required for a trainee to develop satisfactory workplace competence are captured in the report and recommendations
Ensure international training competence standards are used (e.g NVQ, OPITO etc) and utilised in the findings and recommendations
