Basic Function and Scope: This position stewards all commercial, economics and optimization forecasting for the second phase of expansion.
Duties: Ensuring shareholder's business models and strategies can be incorporated into design and can be effectively communicated during decision gates.

Possible candidate will meet the following minimum requirements:
- Bachelors of Science Degree (Advanced Degree Preferred).
- 15 to 20 years' direct Project Execution experience, proven background in environment, safety, and project management principles.
- Extensive experience using refinery linear programs to develop production run plans perform economic evaluations, etc.
- Extensive refining background with thorough understanding of refinery operations, process technologies, distillation process, process controls, and unit optimization strategies
- Strong written and verbal communications skill
- Demonstrated ability to influence and promote change
- Demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically
- Experienced project management experience within Ras Laffan Industrial City.
- Ability to utilise MS Office Suite.
