Process Engineering Department Manager

Swift Oil and Gas, the leading supplier of manpower in the global oil and gas industry is actively seeking a Process Engineering Department Manager for our client, an international service company focused on topside design and FPSOs.

Responsibilities:
•Define process staffing requirements for project assignments
•Develop scope of work, budget, and schedule for the process input for all projects.
•Direct Process activities for the project in accordance with the Project Execution Plan.
•Ensure that all Process deliverables are reviewed and checked according to the Clients standards as well as applicable regulations, codes, standards and design practices.
•Responsible for technical approval for supplier quotations, bid evaluations and supplier drawings for equipment designed by Process Engineering or equipment and machinery that could have a major influence on the operability of the process.
•Assist in development of proposals.

Qualifications:
•Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical or Natural Gas Engineering (or equivalent)
•SIGNIFICANT progressive experience, specifically in topside design or FPSOs
•Experience modeling with HYSYS and BRE ProMAx required. Computer proficiency in MS office software.
•LNG recovery experiences a plus.
•Installation and commissioning is a plus.
•Management experience a plus.
