Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the preparation, review, monitoring, analysis and reporting of all cost data for projects associated with capital expenditure program, as well as the division's net direct expenditures ( NDE ).2. Assists division Business Administrator and Project Manager in all cost related meters, directs contractor CTS Cost Engineers / Analysts in the preparation, review , monitoring & reporting on the following: Monthly project reports inoculation project planning updates (PPU) and monthly project updates (MPU) particularly cost commitments, expenditures and forecasts, monthly NDE cost sheet reports analysis and verification, Quarterly Variance Analysis, Accountability reports, Annual operating plan and five year business plan. 3. Monthly information system (MIS) and balance Score Card (BSC) reporting. 4. Opening and financial closing of account for capital projects. 5. Reviews and analyzes claims and changes orders on project contracts, assists in preparation of cost portion of engineering procurement and construction contracts.
