The Engineering Manager leads the multi-discipline team for our client on conceptual studies, FEED and detailed engineering services offered.
Responsibilities:
• Allocation of resources to work activities between our client’s consulting business and the project team within the operating guidelines of the company
• Proper preparation, execution and close-out of projects
• Development of the project management team in accordance with agreed growth plans
• Delivery of the financial performance of the project engineering team in accordance with agreed budget
• Management and development of client and strategic partner relationships
Qualifications and experience required:
• Proven project management experience in concept selection, FEED or detailed engineering stage for upstream oil and gas projects
• Excellent presentation skills and good technical reporting writing skills
• Ability to provide leadership and advice to employees and manage the client(s) expectations in conflicting situations
• Values in accordance with our client’s Value Set
• Alignment with their Strategic Path of Growing Profitable Relationships
• Highly professional manner with a positive and polite demeanor
