Maintenance Supervisor - QatarWRS’s client are a fast growing and dynamic integrated energy company who have an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor who wishes to be part of something extraordinary in Qatar. As the Maintenance Supervisor you will be involved with: - Focussing on all rotating equipment the job incumbent needs to provide technical support to the Maintenance Department in respect of problem identification/solving and assisting in operational improvements related to plant/equipment reliability and integrity. - Provide technical expertise and direction to ensure reliability of the plant - Implement proven rotating equipment maintenance practices - Review and comment on design and engineering work of Engineering Contractors and suppliers. - Perform Rotating Equipment Engineer role in project risk management studies and reviews - Develop and implement maintenance strategies for rotating equipment. - Monitor of equipment performance -Failure analyses of rotating equipment - Interpretation of vibration analyses Qualifications Recognised Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering – THIS IS ESSENTIAL – Candidates who are not Degree qualified unfortunately cannot be considered due to Visa restrictions. Experience - Minimum 5 years of relevant Petro-Chemical experience. - Minimum 5 years of experience working on Centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, all types of pumps including HP multistage pumps, steam turbines and auxiliary equipment.
