The Company:
Our Client is engaged in front end studies, modifications to existing platforms operations and maintenance contracts, field decommissioning and removal.

The Role:
Prepare the technical content of fixed price bids, budgetary bids and studies including clarification to technical tenders. The system applications engineers will represent the company.
Assist senior systems application engineers with the provision of technical authority for the system design on projects such that we build in the project what was bid during the tendering phase. The system applications engineers will ensure that each of the technical areas of the project communicate appropriately to ensure the timely execution of the project.
Ensure that all changes made in the later stages of a project (post PEM M3A gate) are properly reviewed and controlled.
Review technical requirements of tender enquiries and propose optimum subsea control system to suit.
Prepare technical offer for inclusion in bid.
Prepare responses to bid clarifications from clients, co-ordinating the input of others as required.
Attend bid clarification meetings, assisting senior systems application engineers with responses to technical queries raised.
Ensure that the Project Execution Model Execution part is correctly utilised on projects.
