I am working with a large international engineering company and am aiming to provide them with a Structural Discipline Manager for a 12 month contract. If successful in this application you would be part of a larger managerial group with your responsibilty being having to manage a team of up 20 engineers.To be successful in this position you must have the following attributes; Fluent in Dutch
Leadership qualities
Independant decision maker
Highly motivated to improve quality and standards of structural departments
Many years experience in senior or higher level structural positions
Extensive petrochemical project experience
