BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Our client is looking to recruit 20 Structural Welders for Kazakhstan

Candidates must be British and have the following documents:

Diploma or Trade Certificate

Employment certificates (Employees with Bachelor Degree for the latest 5 years of experience Employees without Bachelor Degree for the latest 7 years of experience).

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience as Structural Welder

- Qualification test in FCAW /SMAW

- Fluent in English

- Immediate availability

Execute welds assistance during pipeline assembly phases (different types of Crossing and Connection; First Welding station; Concentrated Works; Raiser Welding; Special Pieces Welding: "T" pieces and spool pieces#, Piles and Deck Welding, in compliance with safety and quality procedures and regulations, scheduled times and technical specifications.

Tasks:

According to different operations needs, meeting technical specifications, depending on construction characteristics and track requirements:

1. Carries out vertical �up� and vertical �down� arc welding operations on pipes of different diameters, special pieces, line valves, by-pass lines, insulated joints and elbows, �

2. Welds pipes in crossings and connections, Test Plates, cable carrier pipes and breather pipes etc.

3. Observes welding procedures and their application in accordance with specific welding specifications.

4. Cleans welds after each pass.

5. Carries out repairs in the case of errors or defects.

6. Welds steel structural elements or assemblies if necessary.

7. Welds spool pieces and lines #sealines# and raiser #platform installation#.

8. Welds piles and decks on jacket piles #platform installation#.

9. Ensures compliance with safety regulations.
